Cancellation Policy

I charge a 80% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any scheduled appointments canceled under 12 hours before. (LATE FEE: 10 MINUTES LATE = +$10. Later than 10 minutes with no notice = no show. You will be charged 100% of the haircut) My time is very important and limited so I ask you to be respectful.
